NON-ALCOHOLIC SPIRIT INFUSED WITH LAPSANG SOUCHONG TEA • 5 cl

VANILLA SYRUP AND BACK TEA • 2 cl

APPLE JUICE • 1,5 cl

VERJUICE • 1 cl

STEPS


1  Make a 70cl Lapsang Souchong black tea infused alcohol-free spirit: in a container, infuse 15g of Lapsang Souchong black tea, smoked tea, in 70cl of vanilla syrup for 6 hours at room temperature.


 Make a 60cl vanilla and black tea syrup: in a container, brew 30g of black tea, 50cl of vanilla syrup with 10cl of water for 6 hours at room temperature.

 

 Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass, stir for 10 seconds, pour into a chilled glass and garnish with the cinnamon stick.
