Klarna is a payment service that allows you to make purchases online and pay for them at a later date. Consumers can use Klarna to spread the cost of a purchase across three instalments or pay in 30 days’ time.
2. How do I use Klarna?
Step 1 - Add products to your cart and select “Klarna” when you check out.
Step 2 – You will be directed to the Klarna website to register and provide payment details. Enter a few personal details and you’ll know instantly if you’re approved. If you’ve used Klarna before, just log in to your account.
Step 3 - Klarna will send you an email confirmation and reminders when it’s time to pay and you can manage your orders and payments in the Klarna app.
Please note that all items in your cart at checkout must be eligible for Klarna and the total value must be £1000 or less for pay in 30 days or between £30 - £1,200 for pay in 3 instalments, depending on any spending limits on your Klarna account.
Pay later in 30 days
Pay later in 30 days is a credit product which lets you pay any time within 30 days of your purchase. You can make this payment using a credit or debit card on the Klarna app or logging into www.klarna.com/uk. Klarna will send you a confirmation email once your order is confirmed with full details. You can see both past and future payments using the Klarna app.
Pay in 3 instalments
Klarna’s Pay in 3 instalments is a credit product that lets you spread the cost of your purchases over 3 equal payments. Klarna will take the payments from your debit or credit card directly so you don't have to worry about missing a payment. Klarna will take the first payment when you make the purchase, the second 30 days later and the final payment 60 days from your purchase date. You can see your past and future payments at any time using the Klarna app.

3. Where can I use Klarna?
Klarna can be used on product purchases made on bykilian.co.uk. Klarna is not available on purchases of gift cards or services. If your order contains gift cards or services, you will need to purchase these ineligible products or services separately.
4. Can I use Klarna if I am an international customer?
Klarna is only available to customers with a UK billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create a Klarna account.
5. What if I can't pay a Klarna instalment?
Pay later in 30 days
Pay later in 30 days is a credit product and you are required to make your payment to Klarna. Klarna may also share information about your missed payments with credit reference agencies. This means you may find it difficult or more expensive to use Klarna or other lenders' credit products in the future. Full details can be found in the Klarna terms and conditions here.
Pay in 3 instalments
If you don't make your payments, you will be in arrears as Pay in 3 is a credit product. Klarna may then share information about your missed payments with credit reference agencies. This means you may find it difficult or more expensive to use Klarna or other lenders' credit products in the future. Klarna may also refer any debt to a debt collection agency. This agency will collect the debt on behalf of Klarna. Also, if the debt is referred to a debt collection agency Klarna will share this information with credit reference agencies.
*These fees are determined by Klarna in its sole discretion. bykilian.co.uk has no control over the fees and receives no additional payment from Klarna should you miss a payment.

6. When will my items be delivered if I use Klarna?
Klarna orders are delivered within our typical delivery timeframes like any order from bykilian.co.uk.
7. Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Klarna transaction?
Yes, your bag value must be:
- less than £1000 for pay in 30 days,
- between £30 - £1,200 for pay in 3 instalments, or
- your personal spending limit as determined by Klarna if that is lower, to use Klarna.
8. Can I use another form of payment with Klarna?
Yes, you may also use a gift card or promotional code with Klarna to pay for your purchase.
9. What products are not eligible for Klarna?
Klarna is not available on purchases of gift cards or services. If your Klarna order contains gift cards or services alongside other eligible products, you will need to purchase these items separately.
