LYRE'S AMERICAN MALT • 5 cl
ROSE AND VANILLA SYRUP • 2 cl
BLACKCURRANT HYDROLAT SPRAY • 1 cl

STEPS
1 Make a Rose and Vanilla syrup: In a container, pour 50 cl of Monin rose syrup. Cut the vanilla in half lengthwise, then remove the seeds. Put them with the rose syrup and the remaining vanilla. Leave to infuse at room temperature for 72 hours.
2 Cool the cocktail glass down with ice cubes. In a mixing glass add all the ingredients and ice cubes, then stir for 10 seconds.
3 Pour into the cocktail glass without the ice and garnish!
