ORANGE BLOSSOM HONEY AND ROSE DE MAI HYDROLAT • 2 cl
EGG WHITE INFUSED INTO THE NEROLI ESSENTIAL OIL • 3 cl
WATER OS SAKURA TEA • 5 cl

STEPS

1 In a recipient, mix 100g of Orange blossom honey with 8cl of May rose hydrolate.


2 Heat 20cl of water until it boils, infuse 6g of Sakura flower tea for 5 minutes, then filter.

3 Put 20cl of egg white and a drop of neroli essential oil in a container, and mix. Pack it in a cool place.

4 Decorate with a Turkish delight: lucum.
