HONEY AND ORANGE FLOWER SYRUP • 1.5 cl
LEMON JUICE • 1.5 cl
PATCHOULI HYDROLAT • 2 cl
EGG WHITE • 3 cl

STEPS

1 Prepare honey and orange blossom syrup. In a container, pour 20cl of organic chestnut honey, 8cl of orange blossom hydrolate and 2cl of water, stir until you obtain a liquid mixture.

2  In a shaker, pour all the ingredients, add ice and shake. Pour into a glass without ice. Garnish with orange blossom spray.
